Our small group Bible study ministry is key for pursuing adults. There are a variety of Bible classes offered on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. for adults in every stage of life. You will find classes for singles, married, coed, and seasoned adults. Please visit our Guest Information Center (located in the foyer of our Worship Center) to receive assistance in locating the class that you would like to attend. Greeters around campus can assist you with this as well. When Christ transforms people, He births a changed life through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ desires every believer to become a disciple who makes disciples according to the Great Commission – Matthew 28:18-19.
All adults have the opportunity to be a part of Changing Lives on the Journey of Discipleship and Disciplemaking. Various discipleship opportunities are offered quarterly and Journey Groups can begin anytime there is a trained leader available. One big way we encourage change is through our Marriage Matters series. This opportunity is offered quarterly giving couples a chance to do Q & A with two marriage counselors. Every adult discipleship opportunity helps bring change to adults who then demonstrate this change where they live, work, shop, and play.
We encourage our adults to attend Next Steps, identify their giftedness, passions, and plug into service. Every member of the church is valuable! However, we are not always sure of how we can contribute to the overall mission. Where do I serve? How do I plug into the mission? Where can I use my life experiences? All of these questions are answered in our meeting called Next Steps. This gathering meets every three months to help members live out the mission of the church.
